☔not pleasant when you've on vacay!
But, we've endured heatdomes and heatwaves (38+C) in Vancouver, so I'm grateful for the rain. The showers in Vancouver only really came fully yesterday.
A shame that you may have missed picking up Vessi shoes/sneakers https://vessi.com/ -- company states that they're waterproof. Although I find they're not quite fully waterproof, but still very good.
