So many small, seemingly inconsequential decisions. Someone in 1983 decides for entirely sensible reasons to vote SDP, and so their constituency elects a Tory for the first time. Someone on the board of an American company in the 70s has to make an instant decision and agrees that hiding some environmentally problematic development is probably okay, at that moment. Someone in the back of Vladimir Putin's taxi is rude to him. A million small waves can erode the largest beach.
