I apologize for not writing clearly. I don't want to buy from amazon. I hate that company for what it has done to economy as well as books. For what the founder has done generally. I usually only type it incorrectly on purpose as expression of dislike and disdain.
I understand that some authors believe it necessary for reach.
I would love to read it on paper but will not go through that site.
Do they publish it or who?
