I had to deal with that since I was a kid on top of all the yelling and inflamed tempers which had me walking around on eggshells with no breaks 😏 led to my debilitating depression and anxiety disorder I still have and why I've always drank just to have a break from that awful ceaseless gut wrenching feeling. It's been quite painful to live thus far
