What I mean by this is when you had girls into fitness before it wasn't just "doing some reps for buttcheek and then leaving to eat like a guy doing a dirty bulk." The girl in the picture you posted at the top of this thread has fat girl arms and most of the rest of her body looks like shit. I agree though that a lot of this is related to propaganda trying to get them to burn coal.
