The Federal Reserve Fights Back
Yesterday we were alarmed and braced for the markets around the globe to react to Hair Füror’s unprecedented power-grab at the Federal Reserve when he fired Fed. Reserve Gov. Lisa Cook, the first Black woman to ever serve as one of the seven governors of the Federal Reserve Board. We want to state right up front that this action can be (and is) sexist - racist AND a power grab; we don’t have to choose one motivating factor over another.
