Imagine you are going to some kind of protest, it can be anything.
You want to communicate and get to know people around you, but without gov. spying on you and any cloud to store your information, such as who connects with whom, where, what they talk about etc. so the government would censor them later or just send them advert for Christmas...

You prefer to chat anonymously.

Or just like in Iran few days ago, the gov.cut of Internet and Starlink is not there yet. But you want to communicate on the large gathering anyway...
