I am realising, slowly, how much #COVID lingers, not just the effects of the following stroke. I am finally now starting to feel more myself, and this is over 7 months later. I still realise my right arm does not move when I walk unless I think about it. I am only just getting back to typing straight (well, almost as well as I did before). This is hard work... So not to be taken lightly by anyone.
