The funny thing about Iraq legalizing marriage for 9 year old girls is it showcases how schizophrenic the discussion about Iraq is and always has been. The Iraq War was about "spreading democracy" which is blatant cultural imperialism but critiques of it were always timid because libtards are narcissists who think all of humanity is destined to have their worldview.
So while Iraq is fairly more "democratic" it is engaging in illiberal policies that offend libtards and ironically worse than when Saddam Hussein was in power. So everyone throws their hands up in the air because nobody has the balls to say the entire purpose of the war was to appease the Israeli lobby.
