That could be better handled by anti-SLAPP-type laws. Blanket immunity absolutely prevents lawsuits, by also eliminating the ability to pursue legitimate ones.
Section 230 would be like saying "all speeding is legal" and then being glad it protects people from getting tickets for going 5 mph over the limit.
Section 230 *has killed people*, but it also prevents some people from having to have a lawyer once in a while.
