It still has 5 hours of incubation time to go. I had to warm up the bath so I figured I'd check it. It's working. Lemon-cultured yogurt. It tastes and smells amazing, way better than stuff made with purchased culture. This allegedly works with hot peppers, too. I will be trying that soon. The tutorial I watched said it takes 3 generations to lose the innate flavor. Then I can use it to make cheese.
