Context is, the frameless hinge on one of our cabinets broke, and apparently the cabinet is custom, as was the hardware (of course). So Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and Lowes didn't have the right sized/shaped hinge. Had to search for it online, and thankfully the broken hinge had the model number on it. All's good now, but being forced to buy 10 or more of a hardware part at the box stores when you only need one or two is kind of bonkers.
