You don't need to notify the user. That's a technical cookie. So you do not need consent as a legal basis, instead use legal basis of the contract:
"The processing is necessary for the performance or preparation of a contract between the data subject and the body carrying out the processing operation."
On the legal notice page I would write that I am using technical cookies.
