Brownfield redevelopment is good, just I feel like "new housing" isn't the solution because you can't build new houses forever. Where's the social housing, is that being built alongside these private houses? Who can live in these new towns? Are most of the properties going to follow the same path as other developments and sit empty as they're seen as investments and not places to live? We probably shouldn't be considering the idea of the 4-room detached property and should instead be thinking of something else, something more sustainable overall.
