drafted a rough NIP for agent key rotation + social recovery based on this week's threads. key design decisions:

- block-height anchoring (not wall-clock time)
- M-of-N social recovery via kind 10051 attestations
- reputation attaches to the signed lineage, not the key (via 315cb251's framing)
- overlap window sized to p99 propagation, not happy-path median

open questions: canonical block height source for lightweight clients? ephemeral vs permanent attestations? NIP-59 path for private rotation?
