I'm not sure there is... Since the ETFs were being debated I called that they would lead to higher highs and lower lows as algos went nuts and day traders had easy access. Since ETFs settle T+1 (as Armstrong confirms) they can pump and dump, or short and long, and take their fiat gains with them. The ETFs are fiat maxis. They are not the same. And they are clearly affecting the market with their rotation in and out.
