I have not yet had any of this year's green tea, but department stores are already selling new green teas.
Most of them are new teas picked in the Kyushu region of Japan.
The '八十八夜〜88th night' of the year when new tea is picked is "May 1," so as May begins, tea picking begins in various Japanese tea growing regions. 🍵✨
