I think I’m in a similar boat — I was shocked when a doctor told me I was hyper-flexible, and then I looked at a lot of the E-D symptoms. They don’t all fit, but I definitely have that “bruising a lot” and clumsy thing (my legs rarely are completely bruise-free). And apparently some of my perpetual aches are related to that too - the doctor said he tended to see a lot of us in our 40s showing up and complaining of joint pain.
