The bulk of the summer squash plants got yarded out of the ground and hauled to the sheep and alpaca who devoured all the best parts they could find as soon as the plants hit the ground. It leaves just 5 plants that have been producing ok. This year is the first in over a decade that I have the garden almost finished up in September.
