Does anyone have any interesting simple and low-cost vegan recipes or, better yet, ways to use red kidney beans?
My MIL very kindly got me a bunch of them as a care package. I tried to use them with my usual basmati rice and dressing, but it had a really bitter taste that was unpleasant.
