Swedish universities publish a lot of BA theses on their web sites. Google Scholar treats these as academic monographs. BA theses usually cite a lot of the supervisor's publications. This causes Swedish full-time university teachers who rarely publish anything to have the citation scores of major research scientists on Google Scholar.
