okay, wait, the biggest bottleneck to this is that the extreme UV lithography machines cost like 2 billion dollars to set up a chip fab. however, a lot of the cost is because they are CLOSED-SOURCE. an open source alternative could get the price down to like 10k ish because right now there's only one place in the world that manufactures the parts
