Minnesota state police have taken over control of the intersection. ICE's victim this morning was a 37 year old white male, a legal gun owner, per Minneapolis police.
JT: "That detail is important and relevant because the DHS has already attempted to spin what has happened here as it's agents feared for their lives because the man had a gun. But we know him to be a legal gun owner and video of the shooting shows the man on the ground when agents shot him."
