The House Ethics Committee has found that there was “substantial evidence” that George Anthony Devolder Santos, AKA the fabulous Brazilian drag queen Kitara Ravache, had used campaign funds for personal purposes. They are forwarding their findings to the Justice Department. Santos should resign, but he won’t. He’s using that last bit as leverage to get a more lenient plea deal. But his days are numbered.
