Hate speech should never be accepted as free speech — never.

Officially, we technically do not allow hate speech, but in practice, we do. Meaning, while someone cannot use the "N" word, there are many other ways people can be hateful and cruel, and those used to be removed. But now the trolls and the bigots are given wide berth, and I hate it.

I have gotten away with removing some of the more aggressive jerks, but not without the worry and risk of being reprimanded. There are so many times I want to take action, but my hands are tied, so I have to be selective and careful. It should not be like this.
