Real estate has jurisdictional/political and other risks; equities have many risks and must be managed; bonds have counterparties and maturities. Gold requires physical security.

All of these can be confiscated or stolen. Bitcoin has only a handful of narrow theft and confiscation vectors.

Critically, the game theory properties of Bitcoin all but ensures its permanent longevity.

Shitcoins, the opposite.

That's why Bitcoin will eat the monetary premium of all assets.
