Is this an actual loophole or am I being delusional. if you (say) purposefully and knowingly injected someone with a Pfizer/Moderna hot lot transfection agent and they died would that be murder or not.

You knew full well this was going to happen. Maybe not right away but fairly soon after. They might even survive it but it will be seriously harmed to the point of being life altering. You have all the evidence on hand of what you did.

No court is going to jail you for that. Not even for manslaughter. I mean what would be the deal anyway? For the crime of unauthorised injection? It's just a 'vaccine'. Get over it already. Must've been something else that killed them.

I don't know if this scenario has played out IRL yet but seems pretty plausible to me.
