Do you have a new idea for an open and decentralized protocol for transmitting Bitcoin-denominated IOUs around without anyone having to transfer a big (or a small set of big) central providers but also not having to trust individually each other user in the system? The thing must be scalable and not touch the blockchain. It must involve some trust, but trust must remain decentralized. How?
