I'm watching an interview with Seyed Mohammad Marandi, a professor at University of Tehran & member of the Islamic Republic's delegation to the negotiations in Islamabad.
Nothing too exciting here, but it's pretty clear that the IR was expecting an attack from the US in 2026 & basically preparing for this exact scenario. This is why I think they will outlast the US & be able to come out ahead in the end. There is a fucking plan here, & they have known for a long time what they are up against.
