Dear Vanguard, out of college me and my portfolio of your diversified index funds outperformed so many of the 2and20 hedge funds and “premier” active managers I came across. You used to be my hero, a friend to the “little guy”… what happened? We all change, but you changed for the worse. You’re just not the company you were when we first met two decades ago.
