Michael, I think it is related to blink wallet blinkbtc (npub13lj…cfhw) itself. If i'm not mistaken, Blink seems have problem to send zap receipt (kind 9735) thus not detected in Damus or any Nostr client.The funds is still there, only notification problem.
You can probably try to switch another lightning wallet like Alby or Wallet of Satoshi to see if it is still persist.
