So this week I wrote to everyone who was working on something “for”/adjacent to me and suggest that they might like to intentionally boot it to January and honestly, based on responses, this is the way. (I come from publishing culture, which runs on guilt and exhaustion and gently pestering people so maybe that’s why it took me so long to humanize.)
