I asked Allah to facilitate my Ramadan. I didn't feel hunger or thirst on my first day.



The Cow (2:186)

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِى عَنِّى فَإِنِّى قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا۟ لِى وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ ١٨٦

It's my first day of Ramadan as a convert. I have been practicing since September.

A few things that I have learned along the way:
- Add electrolytes to your water.
- Don't drink coffee or other diuretics.
- Eat a lot of proteins before and after the fast.

These tips keep thirst and hunger away.
