I baked the first two banana breads in a square pan, but I didn’t like how they turned out. The middle sank and became soggy because I didn’t realize the oven temperature was too high... it wasn’t perfect.

I still have two more banana loaf breads in the oven, and I’m hoping they come out much better this time. Baking really teaches you patience and attention to detail. Every mistake is a lesson learned.

After this, I’ll take a rest. It’s been a bit tiring, but still worth it. Hopefully, the next batch turns out just right .
