I forgot the proper syntax to ask a question on NOSTR.

Question:
I bounce between iris & Primal for accessing NOSTR. The sign-in process on iris is simple/straightforward. Primal seems to require that I scan a QR code with my phone. Is there a way to use Primal that does not require using my phone/QR code?
Also, is there a PC version of Damus? I use that to read/post from my phone. Thank you!
