Helsinki Central Library Oodi has lots of 3D printers, but that's a fancy place with lots of things regular libraries don't have.
I only know of one US library with 3D printers, and that's in a rather wealthy neighborhood.
I'd consider splitting the cost of a 3D printer with a friend, if I knew someone nearby with whom I could share one.
