Again, just speaking from experience. Plus, Tons of anti- coconut oil propoganda out there. Its insanely demonized because its such an amazing substance. I dont expect you to take my word for it, thats understandable, but I have literally nothing to gain here. I got a 5 gallon bucket of it. Wouldnt spend that kind of money if I wasnt sure of what I am saying here.
