If you’re naturally friendly, positive, likable, & even mildly intelligent, there will always be a place for you in sales and marketing.
Companies will continue pushing for efficiency, but they can’t replace genuine human connection. At the end of the day, people want to be heard & understood by someone who’s lived through similar experiences & to be helped by another human who can think, relate, make eye contact & solve real problems in real time.
Because connection is something you feel, not code.
