Ang ku kueh. These are steamed rice dumplings with sweet fillings (the ones I tried, I believe there are savoury ones too).

The red ones in the photos are peanut (my favourite), the rainbow is sweet bean, and there were also green ones in which were coconut. All from Ji Xiang Confectionary.
