Graphics whores have given these companies the impression that they need to have absurdly high visual fidelity to make their games look good. Kurobots especially always want to clown on how “bad” Genshin looks when WuWas graphics are only as good as the world it’s put on. I’d honestly say a lot of WuWa’s world looks and feels boring compared to Genshin because a lot of it is barren and don’t have many interesting locales.
