I did say "likely" (not definitively) but the importance of the statement was the second part, so if you're going to choose statements that you believe are extreme, then please quote the entire thing! Personally I don't think that it's as simple as vaccines causing cancer (or autism, for that matter); I think that most diseases are multi-factorial and that a new pharmacological intervention is an obvious factor to look at when examining the rise in cancers.

TL:DR vaccines may have contributed, but the same institutions that pushed the vaccines are disincentivized to examine their contribution.

There's no way that that's an extreme position.
