I rested most of the day with occasional times getting up to help care for the kids and get food or meds or whatever. Feeling MUCH better this evening, but it’s like COVID is debuffing my stamina bar to 20% compared to usual. I feel relatively normal, do like two things, and then feel like I just ran a marathon and need to catch my breath and rest.
