I miss my chickens. I used to have chickens for meat and for eggs (Buff Orphiingtons were the best and good in cold climates), but developed a lung sensitivity and had to chose between eggs and breathing. Good job on butchering the chickens! Butchering chickens is much easier than butchering cute bunnies like I'm having to do now for meat production.
