How to overcome social anxiety and low self esteem...
I was thinking about my thinking today - as you do. I've come to realise that my thought is completely conditioned and is pretty much on a loop, like a script.
When you really watch the thoughts that come up for you today, you'll see that they can be condensed down to 5 main loops or scripts that I call hamster wheels.
I've called them that because they're rigged against what you want consciously - and in understanding that glitch, they'll show you why you can never change.
Let's say you want to know how to overcome social anxiety and low self-esteem. The hardest thing, apart from you lacking confidence, will be recognising and seeing the illusion.
The illusion of you thinking your thoughts are real and unique when in fact they're just the same habitual wheel spinning as usual.
In other words, just like an optical illusion, you're caught in a hamster wheel and you're believing it 100% and reinforcing it. How do you actually overcome social anxiety and low self-esteem?
See that you've been conditioned this way and that underneath, you have an incentive to be that way to be safe.
Sounds crazy, but it's true if you look.
So the only way to overcome social anxiety and "gain" self-esteem is to dissolve the illusion - or in this young man's case, hit the wall and find out what he thought was a path was not.
