I still don't see a problem. I pay with banknotes and coins and still know it's euros.
This is purely invented problem and a proposed solution creates confusion.
If people start using "sats", so what. It will be sats. People who want to know what is Bitcoin will know.
We have real problems to solve, this is not it.
