I think truly what we need for blossom is a plugin for nextcloud.
I host all my music and videos there, I should be able to easily "publish" some folder to blossom/nostr which doesn't require actually duplicate hosting of the data but just exposes it on my start9 via tor and a blossom server. Jellyfin already plugins into the nextcloud as it's backend, so it's definitely possible, all you would really need to do is make a public folder on next cloud and add stuff there, and the blossom server could have additional features like whitelists or payments or even publishing manifests.
