What will happen to the decentralisation of Bitcoin if he is successful as framing it as a weapon. ASIC miners will be designated as munitions and regulations placed on their ownership, manufacturing and distribution?
Code is speech and nothing more. Miners are only doing mathematical equations.
Trying to sneak in a 2nd amendment issue opens a whole new attack vector with the ability to sanction companies that produce miners and restrict who owns them, who can ship them etc.
Appreciate if someone has an answer as to why we entertain this new propaganda campaign.
