Having played around for a bit, am I right that Ditto servers are a subset of Nostr relays that, as well as functioning as relays, have a more community / subject focus? So, if I want to find people who are interested in basketball, I can either trawl through the appropriate hashtag or I can look for a basketball-focussed Ditto server and (???) add it as a relay in order to also see that content as a feed? (I’m just guessing here: would it add BasketballDitto to my list of feeds alongside Henhouse and Global?)
If so, is there a directory of Ditto servers anywhere, or do you have suggestions for discovering them?
Is everyone I see with a non-pub-key username on a Ditto server?
Is there anyway for me to locally rename pub-key users so that “dhjudgbddhh146” renders for me as “Bob”?
