Back in bed again. And it’s such a joy. Years of sleeping problems, but this is legit the happiest I’ve ever been to fall into my own bed. It’s just so comfy.
Can’t promise you that ironing and/or steaming your bed sheets will help you sleep better. But I’m putting it out there as a thing you can try, and possibly already own most required equipment for.
