When I was young and GNUpilled and angry at what Microsoft was doing with Windows, my answer wasn't to throw up my hands and walk into the forest. My answer was to throw a penguin-shaped wrench into the gears of the corporate machine! ✊
By which I mean I ran Linux. And gloated about it. A lot. 🐧
But this particular group of kids just don't seem to have that rebellious spirit. And not because they lack the means. The methods we used haven't been lost. They still work. Better than ever, in fact.
